IT WASN’T quite Bobby Robson enthusiastically moving salt cellars around the table, but Pat O’Shea is plainly energised when he’s talking tactics.

He lives in Killarney, but home is a sideline.

“You know what?” he smiles. “The day of the All-Ireland final was almost an anti-climax, because I knew there were no more matches left last season. We were at our peak and I really wanted to go on and have another couple of games against the teams we didn’t meet in the Championship.”
