O’Neill retirement stuns Tyrone

FORMER Footballer of the Year Stephen O’Neill has sensationally quit intercounty football at 27.

O’Neill has been troubled by injury in recent years and is currently out of action. However, manager Mickey Harte believes the decision is not just injury-related.

“He feels that he has no more to give to the county,” the Tyrone boss said.
