Check it out as Limerick fans show drive

LIMERICK supporter, David Grimes, has a habit of catching attention on big sporting occasions.

David, from Cahernorry, Ballysimon, was mascot to the Ireland rugby team when they played Wales at Lansdowne Road in 1996. And he will look the part as a Limerick supporter when he travels to Croke Park in style in the Green Dream Dragon for tomorrow’s All Ireland hurling final.

David, his cousin, Kevin Ryan, and friend, Dave Buckley, have given a 1993 Toyota Carina a spectacular green-and-white makeover for the occasion.
