KERRY has established its first county camogie board, with members coming from Laune Rangers, Abbeyleix, Cillard, Causeway and Duagh.

Development officer Mary O’Connor said: “There is certainly a passion here for camogie and now, hopefully, we will see our list of clubs growing.”

Camogie Association president Liz Howard also hailed the development: “The formation of a county board is a milestone in the development of the game in the Kingdom,” she said.
