Premier status for Ballincollig

It’s hard to understand how Ballincollig found themselves in this position. They over-ran a very poor Barrs side who will be glad to be out of the premier grade for next season.

In a team that included at least six players with inter-county experience from minor to senior, the mid Cork men were quick to stamp their authority on this one sided contest. Dan Murphy was unbeatable at centre-back, with team captain Sean Moylan equally efficient at wing back.
