Applications for US trip to be processed soon

THE GAA announced yesterday that applications from players to travel to North America, which were held up for the past two weeks, will be processed in the next couple of days.

The decision was taken as a result of discussions held with representatives of the New York and the North American Boards last Saturday. Applications for sanctions and permits which were not completed in accordance with the regulations will also be dealt with as soon as the required information is received in Páirc an Chrócaigh, but a deadline of 5.00pm on this Thursday has been set for the receipt of all such information.
