Dubs rebirth on the cards?

“EVERY time you win, you’re reborn. When you lose, you die a little,” said George Allen, a legendary American football coach who spent 11 years shipping the blows and sucking in the highs with the LA Rams and the Washington Redskins.

Allen was good at his job, too. Every year he won more games than he lost, a boast few can claim in the world of gridiron and for which he was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 2002.

Cruelly, he never reached the summit, a Superbowl VII loss to Miami with Washington in 1973 being the closest he ever came to achieving his lifetime goal.
