SFC double-header to draw crowd

THE Dublin SFC gets underway this week with tomorrow night’s double-header (Na Fianna v UCD, 6.45; Kilmacud Crokes v St Brigid’s, 8) sure to draw a large crowd to Parnell Park.

The Setanta Sports cameras will be there to film both games, which feature the last four champions, as well as covering the meetings of Naomh Mearnog v Whitehall and St Mark’s v St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh on Saturday afternoon.


Tonight: Naomh Fionnbarra v Ballinteer St John’s, 6.30; St Mary’s, Saggart v Fingallians, 7.45 (O’Toole Park); Parnells v Naomh Olaf, 7.30 (St Peregrine’s, Blakestown Rd).

Tomorrow: UCD v Na Fianna, 6.45; Kilmacud Crokes v St Brigid’s, 8 (Parnell Park).

Saturday: Naomh Mearnog v Whitehall Colmcilles, 3; St Mark’s v St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh, 4.30pm (Parnell Park); St Finians (S) v St Sylvester’s, 6pm; Ballymun Kickhams v Naomh Barrog, 7.30pm, (Clann Mhuire, Naul) Garda v Round Towers, Clondalkin, 6pm; Naomh Maur v St Jude’s, 7.30pm (O’Toole Park).

Tuesday: Erins Isle v Thomas Davis, (O’Toole Park) 7.30pm.
