The potentially crucial voting bloc of 30 votes appears to be split down the middle following a weekend of debate.

The popular belief that Britain would favour change appears unfounded. Both Hertfordshire and Scotland voted on Monday evening to maintain the status quo at Croke Park while Gloucestershire will not divulge their preference until Saturday afternoon.
