Cork Rebels battle from behind to take victory in final seconds

Cork, who are reigning league and All-Ireland champions, trailed 0-3 to 0-7 at half-time but in front of a crowd of almost 400 the Rebels battled back to beat Galway, with Angela Walsh kicking the winner in the dying seconds.

The game was a repeat of last year's league decider but there was to be no revenge for Galway with points from Juliet Murphy, Regina Curtin and Walsh pushing Cork to victory.
