Training time-out for champs

WATERFORD’S Munster championship-winning hurlers will have a well earned break from inter- county training for a fortnight.

They will have one light session on Friday before the club championship programme resumes.

“Our main concern now will be that no one picks up a serious injury in the club games,” county PRO John Jackson said.
