GAA adopt ‘wait and see’ approach to protests

ANY team participating in the GPA’s 15-minute protest this weekend could, under GAA law, be charged with bringing the game into disrepute.

However it seems Croke Park has no intention of taking such a forceful course of action.

GAA officials are prepared to adopt a ‘wait and see’ approach when 20 inter-county hurling and football fixtures are due to be played.
