In the dressing-room a few minutes before their championship gets under way and it won't be John O'Mahony barking the instructions.

They have had that indifferent league campaign of theirs to readjust to life without O'Mahony, to grow accustomed to the ways of Peter Ford but despite reaching and losing a league final by an agonising point last year, it is in the white heat of the championship that Galway people expect of this team.
