Play-off needed for camogie league

Kilkenny and Tipperary face a play-off for the remaining semi-final spot in Division 1 of the National Camogie League. Both teams ended on equal points after yesterday’s final round games.

Cork, Dublin and Wexford are already through to the penultimate stages on May 9.

The Cats, who needed to win at home in Clara, fell heavily to an in-form Rebel side, 5-17 to 2-8. The Black and Amber were rocked by four goals from St Mary’s student Emer Watson while Ciara Healy hit 1-1.
