Ballyboden face Round Towers in tie of round
Towers are flying in AFL Division 2 at the moment with former inter-county players Darren Homan and Derek Byrne to the fore. Both joined Towers this year after leaving Ballyboden.
Championship favourites Kilmacud Crokes have drawn Thomas Davis who defeated Raheny in the first round.
St Mark’s, who took the scalp of UCD in Sunday night’s replay, have been handed the opportunity to take the even bigger scalp of reigning champions, St Brigid’s.
Dublin SFC second round: Ballinteer St Johns or St Oliver Plunketts v St Mary’s (S); St Sylvester’s v Whitehall CC; St Marks’s v St Brigid’s; Ballyboden St Enda’s v Round Towers, Clondalkin; Nh Maur v Craobh Chiarain; Kilmacud Crokes v Thomas Davis; Na Fianna v Nh Barrog; Nh Olaf v O’Tooles. Games are scheduled to take place on week ending June 13.
