TYRONE’S Ryan McMenamin will be fit for the Ulster final, after an injury sustained in the closing stages of Saturday’s win over Cavan turned out to be less serious than feared.

The Tyrone defender suffered a staved thumb, and is set to face Armagh in the Croke Park decider on Sunday week.

Initial suggestions he had damaged a wrist turned out to be off the mark.
