Kieran’s and Flannan’s missing key players for big clash

CHAMPIONS St. Kieran’s, Kilkenny and pretenders St. Flannan’s, Ennis are missing key players for today’s All-Ireland Colleges S‘A’HC semi-final at The Ragg (2pm).

Kieran's have lost Maurice Nolan, who picked up a serious knee injury in an indoor football game and will be out for the foreseeable future.

A member of last year's winning team and the all-conquering Kilkenny minor side, Nolan, who played with O'Loughlin Gaels against Newtownshandrum in the recent All-Ireland club semi-final, will be a huge loss to the Kilkenny college.
