GOAL hoping for plenty of goals in hurling challenge!

THE annual GOAL challenge match will be played under lights in Pairc Ui Rinn tonight (throw-in 7.30pm).

The charity will be hoping that the net is 'rattled' on numerous occasions because, to celebrate Cork's win on Sunday, Cashmans Bookmakers will donate 100 to GOAL for each goal that is scored during the game.

Cork will play defending county champions Newtownshandrum, and both teams are likely to be at full strength. With the Liam McCarthy Cup expected to be paraded, a huge crowd is expected.
