THE irrepressible Declan Browne was again the inspiration as Tipperary added to Waterford’s woes in the Allianz NFL at Clonmel yesterday.

Serving up another virtuoso performance, Browne scored 12 points eight from play as Tipperary maintained their unbeaten record at the expense of a Waterford side that battled gamely to stem the tide.
