Casey appointed Kerry Ladies boss

Sean Casey, has been appointed manager of the Kerry Ladies senior football team. Casey replaces Robbie Griffin who lead the side to back-to-back All-Ireland semi-finals and a Munster SFC title.

Casey has vast experience, having managed the Institute of Tralee side to O'Connor Cup success in 1999/2000 along with landing a HEC Division One league. He was previously involved with Kerry in 2001 when the team won promotion to Division One of the NFL.

He will be joined by selectors Dr Alan Ringland, a former Sigeron winning selector, along with All-Ireland medal winner Margaret O'Connor from Killarney.
