DESPITE the comfortable victory over Tipperary, Kerry coach Jack O’Connor knows only too well far more tougher tests lie ahead.

"It was a game that had to be played, and I'm delighted with the big score we put up", said O'Connor. "2-22 in any man's language is a good score, but we conceded 13 points which we'll have a look at.

"I suppose the goal just after half time killed the game. A one-sided match like that tells you nothing, but it was a game which got us focused for the semi-final against Limerick.
