Carlow-Laois tie to draw 15,000

THERE is a huge ticket demand for Sunday’s Leinster SFC clash between Carlow and champions Laois in Dr Cullen Park with a crowd of 15,000 anticipated.

According to county PRO Tom Murphy, the usual arrangements will be in place. “We are accustomed to hosting big games of this nature and while a huge crowd is expected, everything should go off without a hitch.”
