Cork and Waterford make changes
Cork, who failed to Clare by a point, introduce three new players in attack. Eric Hegarty, who impressed when brought in by St. Michael’s in their county SFC tie last week, replaces Denis O’Sullivan at centre-forward.
Ricky Kenny takes over from Kevin Jer O’Sullivan at right corner-forward while David Kearney is in for David Moulden in the other corner.
The Waterford changes see Gerard Dunphy at right half back ahead of Fintan Walsh, while Christopher Casey is preferred to Mark Ferncombe at full-forward.
A 7-12 to 1-1 defeat by Tipperary in the previous round suggests Waterford could be in for another torrid time tonight.
Clare’s reward for beating Cork is a Munster semi-final against Kerry.
