Pat Finn appointed Head of Motorsport

Motorsport Ireland has announced the appointment of Thurles native Pat Finn as their Head of Motorsport, a new role where he will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Motorsport in Ireland along with implementing the strategic plan, building relationships, networking with community business organisations and overseeing all motorsport related activities.
The governing body of Irish motorsport are without a chief executive since April 2021 when Leo Hassett stepped away from his role as CEO of the RIAC/Motorsport Ireland and in early July, Motorsport Ireland advertised for a "Head of Motorsport" a new position within their organisation.
