Simone Biles run of Olympic golds ends with bronze in beam

She is still favourite to triumph in the floor competition this evening.

Simone Biles' hopes of claiming five gold medals at the Rio Olympics were dashed at the Gymnastics Arena on Monday night.

The 19-year-old had to settle for bronze in the women's beam competition behind gold medallist Sanne Wevers of Holland and fellow American Lauren Hernandez.
