Armagh swimmer Sarah Jane Johnston doubled her medal haul at the Special Olympic Games in Los Angeles today - bringing the Irish total up to four medals after just two days of competition.

Sarah Jane, who had finished third in the backstroke competition on Sunday, claimed another bronze in the 100m freestyle.
