Rosberg beats Hamilton to pole

Nico Rosberg stunned Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton to snatch a stunning pole position for tomorrow’s Canadian Grand Prix.

Hamilton had appeared unstoppable in practice, comfortably leading the way, and again following the first two qualifying periods at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
