Bobsleigh accident leaves Sochi worker in hospital

The International Olympic Committee has stressed the incident at the Sanki Sliding Center which left a worker hospitalised was not due to a problem with the bobsleigh track.

The man underwent an operation after suffering two broken legs when being struck by a forerunner during Thursday’s training session for the two-man bobsleigh.
