Schumacher's condition 'improving slightly'

Michael Schumacher’s condition has improved slightly according to the doctors treating his serious head injuries at a French hospital.

The seven-times Formula One world champion, 44, remains in a critical condition and is still in intensive care at the University Hospital of Grenoble after hitting his head on a rock in a skiing accident in the resort of Meribel on Sunday.
