Committee says Russia's gay laws don't break Olympic rules

The International Olympic Committee has dismissed concerns over Russia's anti-gay laws, saying they don't violate the Olympic charter.

Russia has come under scrutiny because of the law passed this summer outlawing so-called gay propaganda.
