Radcliffe set for surgery

Paula Radcliffe hopes to undergo surgery at the end of this month on the foot joint which forced her to withdraw from the Olympic marathon at London 2012.

Radcliffe revealed she had “cried more tears than ever” after admitting defeat in her battle against osteoarthritis in her left foot, a degenerative problem which cruelly resurfaced just a few weeks ago.
