Russian long jumper Irina Meleshina, a silver medalist at the 2004 Athens Olympics, has been handed a two-year ban by the All-Russian Athletic Federation after failing a drugs test.

Russian long jumper Irina Meleshina, a silver medalist at the 2004 Athens Olympics, has been handed a two-year ban by the All-Russian Athletic Federation after failing a drugs test.

The 29-year-old tested positive for testosterone on February 7.
