Webber sets pace in rainy Belgium

Mark Webber took the honours in another rain-hit practice session ahead of Sunday’s Belgian Grand Prix.

In the initial 90 minutes only Mercedes duo Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg were able to set times before the capricious nature of this region’s weather took hold.
