Joe Ward has just won Ireland's second gold medal at the European Championships in Turkey.

Joe Ward has just won Ireland's second gold medal at the European Championships in Turkey.

The 17-year-old Westmeath man beat Russian Nikita Ivanov by 20 points to 12 to win the light-heavyweight final.

Earlier on Ray Moylette outscored England's Thomas Stalker by 18 points to 10 to win gold in the light welterweight division.
