Athletes who represented Ireland at the World Transplant Games in Sweden will return home today.

The Irish team managed to secure 34 medals at the 18th annual competition, which took place in Gothenburg in Sweden.

It is expected that the victorious squad of 33 will touch down from Copenhagen at 11.30am this morning.
