Vettel fastest in final Canadian practice

Sebastian Vettel signalled his intent in final practice for the Canadian Grand Prix just as Ferrari and Mercedes appeared poised to post a challenge to the reigning champion.

The hour-long session lacked the drama of yesterday’s two 90-minute runs in which there were three red flags for crashes involving Vettel, Kamui Kobayashi and Jerome D’Ambrosio.
