Usain Bolt has posted the world’s fourth fastest ever 200 metres time with a dazzling victory at the Jamaica International Invitational meeting in Kingston.

Bolt clocked 19.56 seconds for the distance which only himself, with his world records of 19.19sec and 19.30secs, and his predecessor Michael Johnson who ran 19.32sec, have achieved.
