Mayweather: Pacquiao does not want to fight

Floyd Mayweather claims the row over blood testing which is threatening his planned meeting with Manny Pacquiao is evidence the Filipino does not want the fight.

Pacquiao has refused to submit to blood testing in the 30 days leading up to the fight, which had been scheduled for March 13 but is now in doubt.
