Wood and Clohessy to be named Shannon sports ambassadors

The Shannon Region Sports Ambassadors Programme is being launched today - the first of its kind in Ireland.

Representatives from all of the Shannon region's sporting bodies - which incorporates Limerick, Clare, Tipperary and Offaly - will attend.
