Usain Bolt insists he is not offended by the cynics who will always question whether his amazing achievements are being achieved without the use of performance-enhancing drugs.

Bolt celebrated his 23rd birthday today as the first man to ever hold the 100 and 200 metre world and Olympic titles at the same time following his staggering performances in Beijing and Berlin.
