Mosley: FOTA must play by FIA's rules

FIA president Max Mosley has fired the latest shot across the bows of Formula One’s major marques in the ongoing budget cap war.

Six days after nine teams submitted a conditional block entry for the 2010 championship, Mosley has insisted they can quit the sport and form their own championship.
