Williams makes comeback against Hendry

Mark Williams produced a stirring comeback as he established a narrow advantage over Stephen Hendry in the opening round of the Betfred.com World Championship.

In a repeat of the 1999 final, Hendry looked set to take a healthy lead into tomorrow’s concluding session as he went 4-1 up.
