New rules considered for swimwear

Water sports governing body FINA have revealed proposals to change their rules over swimwear approval requirements.

A debate has raged about whether certain types of swimming apparel give the wearer an unfair advantage and FINA confirmed at a meeting in Lausanne today the proposals will be considered at the FINA Bureau meeting on March 12-14 in Dubai.
