Egan begins title defence

Olympic silver medallist Ken Egan returns to the ring tonight for his first boxing bout since competing in Beijing.

The Dubliner begins the defence of his light-heavyweight title at the Elite National Senior Championships.

The Neilstown native is up against Denis Hogan of Grangecon in the semi-finals at the National Stadium.
