Katie Taylor produced a master-class of boxing this morning to march into the lightweight final at the 5th AIBA Women's World Championships in Ningbo City, China.

Taylor recorded a resounding 20-2 semi final win over two-time Russian national champion Ayzznat Gadzhieva.

It was right hands and left hooks all the way from the 22-year-old Bray woman, who was 6-1 ahead at the end of the first and 13-2 in front at the end of the second, before adding another seven points to her total in the third and final round.

Taylor, the reigning World, European and European Union champion, who is now guaranteed at least silver, will meet Cheng Dong of China in tomorrows 60Kg final.
