Wembley officials deny storm damage

Wembley officials have denied the national stadium sustained structural damage during a storm on Monday night, and insist the building remains “fully operational”.

A report this morning claimed a four-storey high crack had appeared in £827m (€1,005m) stadium, causing a large area of the building to be sealed off and threatening forthcoming events.
