Alonso toasts great weekend for F1

Singapore Grand Prix winner Fernando Alonso hailed Formula One’s first night race as a “great weekend” for the sport before refusing to confirm whether he will remain at Renault next year.

The Spaniard claimed a historic victory on Sunday in a thrilling race while Williams’ Nico Rosberg came second and championship leader Lewis Hamilton third.
