Former world champion boxer jailed

Former Scottish world champion boxer Scott Harrison has been jailed for two months for assaulting his girlfriend.

The 31-year-old from Cambuslang near Glasgow had already pleaded guilty to the attack on his partner and a police officer.

It happened after the apparent suicide of his uncle.
