Seymour fails to finish Olympic mountain bike event

Ireland's Robin Seymour was the first competitor to crash out of this morning's mountain bike cross country event in Beijing this morning.

The 37-year-old dropped out on lap two of the race.

France's Julien Absalon took the gold medal on the way to defending his Olympic title.
