Swiss on top in Shanghai A1GP

Team Great Britain’s Robbie Kerr struggled for pace as championship leaders Switzerland claimed a double pole for the penultimate A1GP round of the season in Shanghai.

Neel Jani dominated today’s qualifying sessions to boost Switzerland’s title bid, taking pole position in both the sprint and the feature races by nearly half a second from the rest of the field, while Kerr, who claimed his maiden A1GP win here last year, was plagued by problems with his car.
